Invisalign® aligners enable the orthodontic correction of mild to moderate malocclusions and are virtually invisible and comfortable. They are a good aesthetic and metal-free alternative to many conventional braces. The splints are barely visible from the outside. The braces are worn during the day and at night and you can easily remove them to eat and brush your teeth.

How do invisalign aligners work?
Your individual situation is analyzed by means of an impression and photos. The treatment steps are planned digitally.

The treatment is based on extremely thin and crystal clear plastic splints - so-called aligners - which move the teeth step by step into the desired position in the jaw.
Who are invisalign aligners for?
The system is suitable for older adolescents and adults with mild to moderate tooth misalignments.
How long will the treatment take?
The duration of the treatment depends on the individual situation. On average, the duration of treatment is between 10 and a maximum of 20 weeks.
Are there any pain or impairments during the treatment?
With each dental splint, the position of the teeth to be treated is changed only minimally, so that there is a maximum of a slight feeling of tension. After a short familiarization phase, it is possible to speak normally and the splints can be easily removed while eating.
What is the long-term stability of the result?
After successfully correcting the position, the teeth must be anchored in this position. For this purpose, either thin metal retainers can be attached to the back of the front teeth or so-called retention splints can be worn at night.

This therapeutic approach has been used successfully for 20 years and has now been used at around 10 million patients.
